Vee: Why I Prefer Nigerian Men to UK Men
The beautiful reality TV star, and ex Big Brother Naija housemate, Vee Iye, says he prefers Nigerian Men to UK Men, and she supposed her opinion with a date scenario.
While speaking on a podcast, she shared her previous relationship experience and praised Nigerian men above their UK counterparts.She said Nigerian men are good at shouldering finances when going on a date with women.
But the UK always wants a 50:50 agreement on the bills. She emphasized and said this is about being stingy or tight with money, the British men. However, it is just a different culture from how it has been done here in Nigeria.
Going further, she said she always lived with the British mentality of splitting bills since she was born and raised there.
She said, “When I said I wanted to come to Nigeria and figure things out, I wanna see it through. I don’t think I’m tired yet. Unfortunately, I love Lagos’s beautiful chaos; I don’t know why. But I feel the same applies to people who have lived in Lagos and want to leave. I don’t blame them.”
