An aged Man was caught and arrested in Lagos. According to the residents of Ikola Ilumo crescent, he was caught picking used sanitary pads and diapers from the dumpster and he was made to confess by a brain reset activity was carried out on him.
In his confession he said he has been engaged in this act for 5 years and he sold the used pads and diapers to important people.
He was handed over to the police authority.
